Indoor Exercises

Sometimes the weather prevents us from going outside to get our daily exercise in. And many of us do not live near a gym or simply can not afford a monthly gym membership. So I put together a list of exercises that you can practice in the comfort of your own home. 

Stretches:


Trampoline!


Stretches

Calf Stetch
Shoulder Rolls - Roll shoulders in a circular motion
Toe touch
Quad stretch

Cardio

Jump Rope
Jumping jacks
Kick-Punches (Kick with one leg while punching with opposite arm. Then switch to other leg and other arm.)
Knee lifts (run in place while lifting your knees as high as possible) 

Stomache

Crunches
Sit-ups 

Upper Body

Push Ups
Sit Ups
Pull Ups
