This app is not free, but it is an affordable option for those who might wrestle with insomnia. All you have to do is listen, and Andrew Johnson gently guides you into a relaxing state of mind. 

3) Calming Music to Tranquilize

This app features a variety Chinese music and other relaxing sounds that can be played during meditation and other times of relaxation.

4) Breathe to Relax 

Breathe2Relax is a portable stress management tool which provides detailed information on the effects of stress on the body and instructions and practice exercises to help users learn the stress management skill called diaphragmatic breathing.
